COVID 19 Protocol

Below you will find the protocol that we are to follow. Please toggle which applies to you, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 508-222-4929

  • You must have a booked appointment (walk in appointments are suspended)
  • No extra guests are allowed in the salon if they do not have an appointment
  • Please sanitize your hands before entering the salon (we have limited stock)
  • When You arrive please call the salon to check in. We ask that you remain in your car until we call you to come into the salon. Waiting areas are closed. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. 
  • If your stylist is running late by 15 minutes or more, we will ask you to come back, or wait in your car, rather than wait in the salon.
  • Bring as little with you as possible, coat areas are closed.
  • Mask are required. Masks may need to be held in place during some of your service. (please provide your own mask, if you can not provide your own mask one will be provided for a nominal fee) 
  • If you are feeling ill, symptomatic, or believe there is a possibility of being exposed to Covid-19, PLEASE cancel your appointment. We will do our best to get you in in a timely manner.
  • Each client will have a clean cape and tools for their service
  • Shampoo areas are now Quiet zones to prevent further spreading of germs as it is difficult to wear a mask while being shampooed.
  • If you need assistance with retail please ask front desk staff for help. 
  • Retail items can be preordered. Call the salon and let the receptionist know what you need, and it will be ready for you when you check out.
  • Preferred payment will be credit card. (credit card machine will be accessible for you to swipe your own card and machine will be sanitized)
  • We would appreciate a 48-hour cancellation notice.
  • Stylists will not be taking multiple appointments during phase 1 so that chair is yours for the entire appointment
  • Beverages and snacks/candy will not be available
  • Please be flexible with appointments, due to social distancing we may have to adjust times of appointments already scheduled
  • ONLY hair services may be performed. (NO beards, waxing, manicures, etc.)
  • Stylists must wash hands/sanitize prior to each guest
  • Stylists must wear mask
  • Stylists must wear smock, gloves, and prescription glasses or safety goggles
  • Stylists must sanitize their chair and station prior to your appointment and are not taking multiple appointments.
  • Stylist must disinfect tools between customers (shampoo bowls, chairs, sheers, combs, brushes, razor, styling tools, etc.)
  • Stylists should be taking temperature prior to coming to work
  • Stylist should change smock between clients
  • Stylist may NOT share tools
  • lunch breaks must be staggered, breakroom is limited to 1 person
  • ONLY hair services may be performed (NO beards, waxing, manicures, etc.)
  • We have cleaned and disinfected and sanitized all areas of the salon
  • We have removed all magazines
  • We have closed off beverage areas
  • We have removed all candy/snacks
  • Sinks and chairs will be disinfected after each use
  • Waiting areas are closed
  • Stylist schedules may vary to comply with social distancing
  • Reception desk and front door will be disinfected every two hours depending on client flow
  • Reception desk is OFF LIMITS to ALL stylists
  • Hair services only (NO beards, waxing, manicures, etc.)
